At the initiative of the Afghan side, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, Amir Khan Muttaqi

During the conversation, Y. Kosherbayev expressed his condolences to the Afghan people following the recent devastating earthquakes and announced Kazakhstan's plans to send a humanitarian mission to Kabul in the near future, including medical specialists, medicines, and essential supplies.

A. Muttaqi thanked the Kazakh side for its continued support and attention to those in need among the Afghan people, noting the two shipments of humanitarian aid totaling 3,700 tons sent this year.

Following the talks, the ministers confirmed their intention to continue the further development of the Kazakh-Afghan agreement and their ongoing cooperation through active political dialogue.
